Q: What areas do you cover?

Q: What are your hours, and can you come out in an emergency?

We're available 09:00–17:00, Monday to Sunday. Call as early as you can for no heating, no hot water or a leak.

Q: Are you insured and guaranteed?

Yes. Gas Safe registered and a WRAS approved contractor. Parts fitted carry a 12-month guarantee, commissioned to the Benchmark standard.

What areas do you cover?

Our core area covers Exeter, Cullompton, Crediton, Teignmouth, Tiverton. We also cover Paignton, Okehampton, South Molton, Taunton, Chard: extended area: fuel surcharge may apply. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just call us.

How do you price a job?

We survey the job first and give a fixed price before any work starts, not a vague estimate that grows once we're in. Straight servicing and call-outs are priced when you book; larger jobs like a new boiler or solar installation get a proper quote after we've seen the property.

What are your hours, and can you come out in an emergency?

We're available 09:00–17:00, Monday to Sunday. If you've got no heating or hot water, or a leak, call as early in the day as you can and we'll fit you in. The same engineer who answers is the one who comes out.

Are you insured and guaranteed?

Yes. We're Gas Safe registered and a WRAS approved contractor. Parts we fit carry a 12-month guarantee, and installations are commissioned to the industry's Benchmark standard.

Do you work on both gas and oil systems?

Yes. Gas Safe registered for gas, and OFTEC-trained for oil, which is a fairly unusual combination. One engineer for whichever fuel your home runs on, rather than two separate contractors.

Yes. Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Ideal are three of the most common brands we install, service and repair in Devon homes.

Do you service Viessmann boilers?
